About the Role

Persistence is continuously delivering products and services that are creating impact across the Web3 ecosystem. The key challenge presented by the growth is effective communication through visual, written and verbal mediums. 

What You Will Do:

• Edit world-class video content across a variety of channels
• Help develop and drive concepts & ideas into high-level videos
• Hands-on project process and workflow management from start to final delivery
• Support product leads in all aspects of product journey with intuitive video content
• Deliver video assets in different formats suitable for diverse channels
• Assist in managing video assets for work and for archive
• Be both a hands-on maker as well as a conceptual & strategic contributor as needed

You'll be a Good Fit if you have:

• 2+ years in relevant experience in Video Editorial
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud video, photo and design software
• Experience leading editorial projects - including concepting, resource scoping, client interaction, and final execution

You'll be a Great Fit if you have:

• Portfolio of creative work that demonstrates strong narrative and editorial skills
• Knowledge of DSLRs, GoPros and professional cameras including RED, Arri, Sony FS7, and Canon C300 cameras and associated media files
• Expert knowledge of post-production processes & workflow including delivery resizing specs for a wide variety of digital channels
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, creative teams and external stakeholders in all stages of a project
• Experience in video production - shooting, directing, etc
• Experience scoping and directing the work of outside vendors such as audio mixers, color correction artists, effects artists, sound designers, music composers
• Passion for attention to detail and a clean, consistent folder structure in Premiere and Finder
• Basic understanding of design, typography and motion graphics
